Multi-Drug Rapid Test Panel is a rapid visual immunoassay for the qualitative, presumptive detection of drugs of abuse in human urine specimens at the cut-off concentrations.

PRINCIPLE |
The main document, a fitness test for many trucks, found drug use, visually explaining the evolution of colors of the urinary tract. The attachment of the drug is fixed at the membrane test site. During the experiments, the samples reacted with antibodies attached to the colored particles and the samples were precoated with a substrate. The mixture then passes through the capillaries to the membrane and interacts with the reaction that occurs in the membrane. If there are not enough drug molecules in the sample, the antibody dye particles will bind to the drug bond, forming a color group in the membrane test area. Therefore, if the urine is negative for the drug, color appears on the test site.
