Product introduction
HBsAg Rapid Test Self-Test (Colloidal Gold) is a rapid visual immunoassay method used to qualitatively and inferentially detect HBsAg from blood samples. This test is used to help quickly identify hepatitis B virus infections. There are two methods for HBsAg Rapid Test Self-Test: detecting whole blood and serum plasma samples.
Colloidal gold test paper is a commonly used labeling technique in biomedical and biochemical fields. Here are some introductions about colloidal gold test strips:
Principle:
The colloidal gold test strip adopts the principle of colloidal gold immunochromatographic sandwich method.
The target molecule (such as antigen) in the sample binds to an antibody labeled with colloidal gold fixed on a gold pad, forming an immune complex.
The immune complex is captured by specific antibodies pre coated onto the membrane, resulting in a visible red line.
Usage steps:
Open the aluminum foil bag, take out the test paper and place it flat on the desktop.
Unscrew the transparent cap on the top of the extraction tube and add the processed sample extract dropwise into the sample well of the test paper.
The observation results should be judged within the specified time.
Notes:
Test strips are disposable items and cannot be reused.
Avoid touching the test strip directly with your hands to avoid contamination.
The results should be interpreted within the specified time, and less than or exceeding this time may result in incorrect results.
