Adenovirus Rapid Test Self-Test (Colloidal Gold) is a rapid visual immunoassay method used to qualitatively and inferentially detect adenovirus antigens from Feces samples. This test is used to help quickly identify adenovirus infections. Adenovirus Rapid Test Self-Test requires testing of fecal samples.
Adenovirus is a type of particle with a diameter of 70-90 nm without an envelope, consisting of 252 shells arranged in a 20 sided arrangement. The diameter of each shell particle is 7-9 nm. Inside the capsid are linear double stranded DNA molecules, containing approximately 30-47kb [6], with reverse repeat sequences of approximately 100 bp at each end. Due to the covalent binding of the 5 'end of each DNA strand with a protein molecule with a relative molecular weight of 55X103Da, a circular structure of double stranded DNA can be formed.

What are the advantages of colloidal gold test strips?
Convenient and fast: The reaction can be completed within 15 minutes.
Low cost: No special instruments or equipment are required.
Widely applicable: Suitable for various detection conditions.
Multiple tests: can save samples and reduce costs.
Stable labeling: The labeled sample is stored at 4 ℃ for more than two years without signal attenuation.
Non toxic: Colloidal gold itself is red and does not require the addition of coloring agents, making it non-toxic to the human body
