Tramadol Rapid Test Self-Test (Colloidal Gold) is a rapid visual immunoassay method used for qualitative and inferential detection of tramadol levels in urine. This type of testing is used to help quickly identify tramadol drug abuse. Tramadol Rapid Test Self-Test (Colloidal Gold) requires testing urine samples.
Tramadol is a synthetic codeine analogue with weak affinity for opioid receptors. By inhibiting the reuptake of norepinephrine by neuronal synapses and increasing the concentration of serotonin outside neurons, it affects pain transmission and produces analgesic effects. Its intensity of action is 1/10 to 1/8 of morphine. No respiratory inhibition, low dependence, significant analgesic effect. It has a cough suppressive effect, with an intensity of 50% that of codeine. It does not affect histamine release and does not cause smooth muscle spasms. Both oral and injection absorption are good, and the analgesic effect is the same. After oral administration, it takes 10-20 minutes to take effect and lasts for 4-8 hours. Metabolized in the liver, 80% is excreted from urine in its original form and metabolites within 24 hours.
