The high accuracy HIV 1 2 Rapid Test (Whole Blood/Serum/Plasma) is a rapid test to qualitatively detect the presence of antibody to HIV 1 and/or HIV 2 in whole blood, serum or plasma specimen. The test utilizes latex conjugate and multiple recombinant HIV proteins to selectively detect antibodies to the HIV 1/2 in whole blood, serum or plasma.

PRINCIPLE |
HIV 1 2 Rapid Test (whole blood / serum / plasma) is a membrane immunization test designed to detect antibodies to HIV 1/2 in whole blood, serum or plasma. The film was prepainted with regenerated HIV antibodies. In a blood test, all serum or plasma test strips react with HIV antigen particles. The compound then moves upward into the chromosomal membrane due to capillary activity and reacts with HIV antibodies that regenerate in the membrane in the test line region. If the sample contains antibodies to HIV1 and / or HIV2, a colored line will appear around the test line to indicate a positive result. If the sample does not have HIV-1 and / or HIV-2 antibodies, the color line should not be displayed in the area of the test line with a negative result. To control the process, a colored line always appears in the control line area, indicating that the correct sample volume has been added and the lubrication membrane has been formed.
