Product introduction
Hepatitis A Virus Rapid Test Self-Test (Colloidal Gold) is a rapid visual immunoassay method used to qualitatively and inferentially detect hepatitis A antigens from blood samples. This test is used to help quickly identify hepatitis A virus infections. There are two methods for Hepatitis A Virus Rapid Test Self-Test: detecting whole blood and serum plasma samples.
Hepatitis A, abbreviated as Hepatitis A or Hepatitis A, is an infectious disease caused by Hepatitis A virus (HAV), mainly characterized by liver inflammation and disease. It is mainly transmitted through the fecal oral route and clinically characterized by fatigue, decreased appetite, liver enlargement, and abnormal liver function. In some cases, jaundice may occur, mainly acute hepatitis, and asymptomatic infections are common. This disease can occur at any age, but mainly in children and adolescents. The clinical symptoms of adult hepatitis A are generally more severe than those of children. The winter and spring seasons are often the peak period for the onset of hepatitis A. The course of this disease is self limiting and non chronic, and it is extremely rare to cause acute severe hepatitis. With the use of inactivated vaccines worldwide, the spread of hepatitis A has been effectively controlled.
